By accessing or using ToolsLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ToolsLab is an AI-powered productivity platform that provides conversational AI, content creation tools, code assistance, file utilities, and other productivity features.

You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You retain ownership of content you create using ToolsLab. We do not claim ownership over your outputs.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.

ToolsLab is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
